So we all get the government hate’s smokers, in particular the sect of government known as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This link I have included is  just another article about how we need more restrictions, more laws, and more guidelines. “More work needs to be done to keep young Americans from using tobacco, including creating smoking bans and increasing taxes on tobacco products, the U.S. Surgeon General’s office said in a report released Thursday.” UGH That annoying Surgeon General, a citizen called Regina Benjamin. Regina thinks she knows what’s best for people and repeatedly tries to FORCE her point across through laws, gruesome ads, restrictions and pushing for the raising of taxes on tobacco products. “‘Too many of our children are addicted, too many cannot quit, and too many go on to die far too young,’ Assistant Secretary for Health Howard Koh said at a Thursday news conference.” While I’m sure you are right, Howard, I’d like you to try to keep you’re nose out of other people’s business. Everyone knows the risk of smoking thanks to you guys! It’s printed RIGHT ON THE PACK! And guess what, people don’t care. People like to smoke. You spending more money on “raising risk awareness” and anti-smoking ads is NOT going to make ANY difference. You raising taxes on tobacco products is NOT going to make ANY difference! You trying to force other people into believing what you believe IS NOT GOING TO WORK. So please go back to your nice, smoke free, townhouse and leave the smokers alone.
